Pottery

I am surely marred, and I would bet that we all are.  The question is only how long and sometimes painful it is for us to be remade to the potter's satisfaction.  Allow yourself to be remade; do not resist it, and surely it will come more quickly and easily.

Jeremiah 18:4

And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.

I have waited for some big things since I became a believer.  The most special of these is my husband.  And while it did seem like an eternity then, it was only two years after being saved that I met him.  Then two more years before he married me now that I think about it.

Everyone is waiting for something in their lives...a mate, a child, financial relief, restoration of health.  Be assured believer, the potter is up to something while you wait.  Make yourself yield to the pressure of His hands.
